About Marii (Marie) Ostry
SS Normania: This is the steamship that carried the OSTRY family from Hamburg, Germany. During her lifetime she was also called the SS Auguste Victoria and, when sold to Russia, the SS Kuban. She was only three years old when the OSTRY family came onboard. They departed Hamburg on April 24, 1891 and landed in New York on May 4, 1891.
