MARION RUTHVEN

Marion Ruthven is the daughter of John Ruthven and Mary Henderson. She was born before 13 May 1750. the date upon which her baptism was registered at Glasgow in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Her baptismal record reads as follows: "John Ruthven [and] Mary Henderson a l. d. Marion. wits. James Ruthven [and] Mathew Simson". Death

Marion Ruthven died before 29 January 1757, the date upon which she was buried at Glasgow in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Her burial record reads as follows: "Marion Ruthven daur of John Ruthven Grocer [aged 7 years]". She was buried the day after John Ruthven, who was buried on 28 January 1757: "John Ruthven son of John Ruthven Tobacconist [aged 1 year six months]". They appear not to be related.
