Mariot Home married John Lindsay, 6th Earl of Crawford, son of David Lindsay, 1st Duke of Montrose and Elizabeth Hamilton, between January 1493 and August 1493.[1]

She is the daughter of Alexander Home, 2nd Lord Home and Nichole Ker.[2]

From between January 1493 and August 1493, her married name became Lindsay.[1] As a result of her marriage, Mariot Home was styled as Countess of Crawford on 25 December 1495.[2]

She was living on 16 January 1533/34.[3]
