All above are direct descendants also President Jackson and Grandpa Christopher in the book are noted as being first cousin's. Christopher' son Gabriel is my 3rd Great Grandfather. Two of my cousins one female one male has taken DNA test to confirm. They are both listed as Daughter and Son of Republic of Texas and American Revolution. Female relative tested is my Mom's 2nd cousin through her moms uncle. The male tested is my moms brothers son. We went to the Hermitage in 1996 paid and went with the tour inside, not saying a word about connection. The tour guide pulled me to the side and asked how we were related to Andrew. I was shocked ask how did you know, she said we study family history and photo's and you look just like them. They let us step to the side and mov through the home at our on leisure. Outside the gate was locked at the grave sites and they unlocked to let us take our time, I mentioned at the garden earlier that I liked a spot the guide said that's strange you would pick that spot it was Andrew's favorite spot too. He said you must have a connection to him. Years later I find this book about Christopher it states he and Andrew were first cousins. They are direct descendants of Jane Thwenge Hildyard daughter of Marmaduke Thwenge.
