Martha Beard

Widow Martha Beard. Her husband died enroute to America and his name is not known. She was admitted to the church in Milford 1 November 1640 and had lot #54 consisting of 4 acres 1 rod., on what is now known as Broad Street. She died 11 June 1649 in Milford, Connecticut.

3. Jeremiah died 1681 dsp (? disappeared)
4. Sarah died 1689, married Nicholas Camp
5. Martha died 22 June 1706. Married 20 December 1649 John Stream. He died 1685.

Son John was born in England and died Milford, Connecticut in Sept 1690. He married circa 1635 Mrs. Anna (Hawley) Uffoote divorced wife of John and sister of Joseph Hawley of Stratford. She died 1698.

Martha Beard was a widow when she gave birth to her daughter Sarah.
