Martha born to John and Jean Gamble Blair,In Guilford,North Carolina on Feb 14 1776,Married John Billingsley August 14 1792 in Davidson.Co.Tennessee.Martha gave burth to ten children,,Martha,James,Samuel,Ann Rea,Viginia,Rachel Garvin,John Rankin,William,Jonathan Blair and Robert Montgomery,Moved to Crystal Hill Ark,in 1811,moved to Cane Hill. Washington county, Ark Nov.14 1827,Husband John Billingsley died that night,Moved to Newton Co Missouri in 1836 with family and to Texas in 1844,Ellis County ,and later in Johnson Co,Texas Martha was a Charter member of the Presbyteian Church ,Aunt Mattie was a woman preacher "some said",she said some things needs a woman's touch ,Its is said Martha Passed at her son home Robert Montgomery,about 1860 or 1861,and is buried in unmarked grave at Marystown Cemetery,Cleburne,Johnson,County Texas.They is so much more to tell of Martha A.
