Mary Bryan

Richard Bryan was married first in 1649 to Mary Pantry, the daughter of William and Margaret Pantry, who had come from England to Cambridge in Massachusetts in 1634, before settling in Hartford, Connecticut. Richard and Mary (Pantry) Bryan had ten children between 1650 and 1671. Mary died in the 1670's.

Mary Pantry was the daughter of William & Margaret Wilbourne Pantry. She was the 1st wife of Richard Bryan. Their children: Mary, Alexander, Hannah, Sarah, Samuel, John, Abigail(1st), Richard, Frances & Abigail(2nd).

Note: Many geneologist's list Mary's birth in Hartford, CT, however, it is more likely that it was Hartford, Cheshire, England. To date I have been unable to document Mary & husband Richard's burial in Milford Cemetery, although it is likely.
