Daughter of Edward Chippendale and Alice Whalley.

Married John Turner Dec 23, 1843. They had three daughters, Elizabeth Ann, Elin, and Zinemma. Elin died and then John died in 1849 in England.

Mary came to America in 1850 with her 2 living daughters and her sister.

She married (2)William Moss and had a daughter she named Margaret. She divorced Mr. Moss, leaving Margaret to live with him and his first wife. Mary then gave birth to his son, she named John.

Sometime around 1860 she married (3) Robert Dunn. They had two daughters, Mary Eliza born in 1862 and Jane Alice.

Mary Chippendale then married (4) Thomas Cook and had a son named William Henry.
