In Redwood City, Monday, Oct 13, 1952. Mary A. Ledbetter, wife of the late Joseph A. Ledbetter; beloved mother of Marian F. Garton of Redwood City, Raymond A. Darknell of Redwood City, Clifford E. Darknell of Menlo Park, Lloyd W. Darknell of Redwood City and Howard R. Darknell of San Mateo; sister of Mrs. Lea Freer, Mrs. Eva Hayward, Dave Sheldon and Ruth Greggson. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A native of Pine Island, Minn. Aged 69 years. A member of Royal Neighbors of America. Camp 9019 of Sangor, Calif. Friends are invited to attend the funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Layng and Tinney Funeral Home, 717 Jefferson Ave. Interment, Alta Mesa Memorial Park.

Mrs. Mary A. Ledbetter, 69, a resident of Redwood City for the past 12 years, died this morning at her home, 1119 Valota Rd. She was a native of Pine island, Minn.
The Rev Don L. Nickerson, minister of the First Christian Church, will conduct funeral services at the Layng & Tinney Funeral Home Wednesday at 2PM. Interment will be in Alta Mesa Memorial Park.
Mrs. Ledbetter was the wife of the late Joseph A. Ledbetter and the mother of Mrs. Marian F. Garton, Raymond A. Darknell and Lloyd W. Darknell of Redwood City, Clifford E. Darknell of Menlo Park and Howard R. Darknell of San Mateo.
She leaves three sisters and a brother, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ledbetter had been a member of the Royal Neighbors of America, Camp 9019, Sangor.
