Mary Jane Mulligan

Mary Jane was known as Majen. She never married and settled in Holyoke. She remained close to her sister Agnes Mulligan Bell who visited her in 1958 from Banbridge, Ireland and who she had not seen in 50 years. The newspaper published this story at the time. Majen lived on Sargeant Street in Holyoke close to her brother Jim Mulligan and his children. Two of Agnes's chlidren, also lived near Majen and Jim. Margaret and David Bell immigrated in 1925 when they were 23 and 20 years old. Margaret married Robert McIntyre and settled in Chicopee Falls and David married and lived in South Hadley Falls.
