Mary Thetis Marjorie Johns

The Cornishman, Thursday, January 14, 1909. Births. JOHNS - Dec. 24, at Hawthorn Cottage, Vogue, the wife of Mr. W.A.F. Johns, a daughter. Her pride and joy as a young girl was her pony "Beauty". Unfortunately, when her father got into financial difficulties after being cheated by his business partner, the pony had to be sold. She was a bridesmaid at her sister Winifred's (Shirley's) wedding in London in Jan 1927, and possibly at the marriage of Shirley's future husband's sister Ada Barnett in Apr 1925 at St. Day.
