Alternate place of birth: Prince William County, Virginia, USA
Husband: Jacob Ingraham
Children: Judge Charles Modisett Ingraham, James Burns Ingraham, Elizabeth Conley (born Ingraham), Frances Sheppard (born Ingram), Judith Maria Hall (born Ingraham), Mary Ann Somerville (born Ingram), Issac Ingraham, Mary Jane Ingram, Jacob Ingraham, Edith Marie (Eda) Ingraham, Alcinda Gayle Keist (born Ingraham), Benjamin Franklin Ingraham, Albert Gallatin Ingraham
Note: It appears that Jacob Ingraham and Mary (Mariah) Modesitt died in Kansas in (J) 1885 and (M) 1888. But in the census records, they seem to be in Coshocton, Ohio, in 1880. He's 81 and she's 82. They are listed as father-in-law and mother-in-law right below William Keist and Alcinda G. Keist. Alcinda Gail is their daughter and the age listed for her is correct. The spelling of Ingraham is incorrect, spelled Ingerham, which isn't an uncommon error. It seems very likely that this is the same Jacob and Mary Ingraham, as several of their children remained in Coshocton, including Dr. James Burns Ingraham. Jacob and Mary are listed in Coshoction in the 1860 census, so it seems they put down roots there. (research in progress) -Courtenay Ingraham Wolf
