Mary Louise Rollins

Mary Louise Rollins, 89, of Wolf Lake, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Sacred Heart Home in Avilla.

She was a lifetime resident of Noble County, Ind. and worked for the Monsanto Corp. in Ligonier from 1971 until her retirement in 1985.

Mary was a member of the Retired Telephone Operators Club and the York Township Homemakers Club.

She was born on November 24, 1924 in Noble County to Homer R. and Alice Amelia "Millie" (Erdly) Seymoure.

On December 16, 1949 she married James A. Rollins in Goshen, Ind. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1985.

Surviving Mary are two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara S. (Doug) Roe of Albion, Ind.; Rebecca L. (Doug) Edwards of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gregg J. (Pam) Rollins of Albion, Ind.; Douglas J. (Mariellyn) Rollins of Cedarburg, Wis.; Edward J. (Paula) Rollins of Terre Haute, Ind.; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Her parents, a husband, two sisters, Eva Haney and Barbara Wilcoxson, and two brothers, Keith and Fred Seymoure precede Mary in death.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Sugar Grove Church, 5019 E – 500 S, Churubusco, Ind.

The Rev. Tim Grable will officiate and burial will take place in Wolf Lake Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from noon until service time at the church.

Memorial contributions may be contributed to the Alzheimer's Association.
