Biography

Mary, daughter of John Green, was born December 1668, Malden, Worcester, Massachusetts. Mary Green was a twin to sister Elizabeth Green.

1685 Mary Green, daughter of John, married Joseph Sargent, son of John Sargent and who was born 18 Apr 1663, Barnstable, Massachusetts. They lived in Malden and Charlestown, Massachusetts.

Mary Green, died April 9, 1759. He died November 27, 1717.

Research notes

The Mary Greene who married Joseph Sargent was the daughter of John and Mary Greene of Malden. She was attached to the wrong John Greene. This John Greene died testate in May of 1709 in Malden. His will named his daughter as Mary Sargent.

Will of "John Green Sen'r of Malden ... beeing weake of body", dated 13 Oct 1708, proved 11 Apr 1709, names wife Mary; daughter Mary Sargeant; daughter Elizabeth Sprague; daughter Hannah Green; mentions my father greens will; son Samuell Green. Son Samuel
