OBITUARY: Custer County Chief, issue of January 1921 "Mrs. Adam D. Waggy, nee Mary Louise Jane Wilmoth, was born June 13, 1876 in Glenville, Gilmer County, West Virginia and died Friday near Broken Bow, aged 46 years 7 mos. She came with her parents to Merna, Nebraska in 1883 and located near there. In 1894 she married to Adam D. Waggy. She leaves 3 sons and 3 daughters, her parents, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. The funeral was held at New Hope Church (East of Anselmo several miles) Monday at 2 p.m. Burial made in cemetery nearby.
