The letter dated Dec 30 states she dropped her divorce action against Maurice Mcleland The first divorce action was to clear up the fact that Maurice had not divorced his first wife and so they divorced and he divorced both then remarried to Lillian Naomi Higgins.

  In the second divorce action Mrs. Mcleland filed against Maurice Mcleland alleging extreme cruelity. The couple wwere married in Wallace Idaho June 17,1933. There are two children.

Helena Independent Record January 30 1968. Marvin Mcleland's Brother Died At Age 60. Maurice L Mcleland, a brother of Marvin Mcleland of Helena died Monday in Pima Arizona after a long illness according to sources received here.

  He was born in Kansas July 17 1907 and came to Montana with his family that year. He spent a good deal of his life in the mines of Idaho and  Butte until I'll health forced his retirement.

  He loved in Tuscan for the past several years.

 Survivors looks like brother Marvin Mcleland of Helena and two sisters Mrs.Lola Naegele of Helena and Mrs Elsie Moller of Grande Prairie Alberta, a son and daughter of Oregon and son of Washington; grandchildren, nieces and nephews
