About Melanie Wallace
She’s known as Melanie Wallace, some call her Mel, Boss, Honey, Mi Mi, but I just call her Mom. My mom is an incredible woman. I hope that I can be half the woman, mother, wife, and person she is. Her number one priority in life has been and always will be her four kids and their spouces, her five grandchildren, her two grandpuppies, and her husband. She never thinks of herself or her needs. She is always looking out for everyone else.
She has always stood by my Dad one hundred percent of the way. They get through everything both thick and thin together. After 31 years of marriage, they are still crazy about one another. My parents own their own custom cabinetry business. For the past couple of years my mom has been working side by side with my dad trying to make ends meet. In order for my mom to make the business successful, she gave up things she loved to do, one of them was being a stay at home mom. They work from sun up to sun down, usually 15 hour days, just to make the business run smoothly, and to bring the bacon to the table.
Now, I’m the youngest child. Although my mom was at work during most of my High School days, she always made sure that I did the things that I wanted to do, in High School, and that I had a fun and memorable childhood. She is always supportive and willing to do whatever it takes to make my life easier and enjoyable. She continuously goes the extra mile to accomplish everything to perfection.
I love my mom very much. She has worked so hard in her life to make her family happy. All that I want is for her to be happy as well. She deserves the best!
