In the 1850 Chickasas County, Mississippi Census we find Millington with the following information. Name age birth Easley, Millington 49 NC Nancy 48 SC Mary A 14 TN James H 12 MS Eliza 08 TN Sarah M 07 MS The 1860 Arkansas County, Arkansas Census reads the following Easley, Millengton 60 SC Nancy 54 SC James H 21 MS Eliza 18 TN One February 27, 1841 Millington patente two parcels of land in Chickasaw (Yalobusha) county. He was listed on the 1841 and 45 Mississippi State Census with his wife, Nancy and the following children; Mary A. born 1836 in TN, James H. bor 1838 in MS, Eliza born 1842 in TN, and Sarah M. born 1843 in MS. On the 4th day of December, 1861 Millington wrote his last will and testament. In this will his wife is not listed and so I assume that she has already passed away. He has already transferred his land to his son James H. as listed in the land records. In the will he gives of his estate to a Nancy Stokes, Sarah Alsobrooks, James H, Elizabeth Ellis, Eliza. No other children were mentioned. On Jan. 1, 1862 Millingtons will was registared and stating by witnesses that he had passed. No date of his death is given but we must accept that it occured sometime between Dec. 4, 1861 and Jan. 1 1862. With this information it would be acceptable to conclude that both Millington and Nancy are buried in Arkanasas County, Arkansas some where close to their land.
