On the 4th day of December, 1861 Millington wrote his last will and testament. In this will his wife is not listed and so I assume that she has already passed away. He has already transferred his land to his son James H. as listed in the land records. In the will he gives of his estate to a Nancy Stokes, Sarah Alsobrooks, James H, Elizabeth Ellis, Eliza. No other children were mentioned. On Jan. 1, 1862 Millingtons will was registared and stating by witnesses that he had passed. No date of his death is given but we must accept that it occured sometime between Dec. 4, 1861 and Jan. 1 1862. With this information it would be acceptable to conclude that both Millington and Nancy are buried in Arkanasas County, Arkansas some where close to their land.
