About Minnie Cissie Schapera
I only knew her when I was a small boy. We would visit her house in Oranjezicht and play in the garden with her miniature tortoises. Two other siblings were Hesther Josephson (married to Sol, "Joe" Josephson) and Mark Tombuk of Liverpool, married Pearl. Many hobbies involving hand crafts, especially weaving, knitting, sewing, basket making. Befriended any stranger needing aid.
