About More` May Baugh
Lucian A. Wooten knew her when he was young as Aunt "Wee Wee". Her husband I called Uncle Henry. My mom and dad would take me over to their house in West Point often when I was little. I have two recollections that stand out. One was that Aunt "Wee Wee" had a set of what I'll call doorway beads. They hang down in a doorway to separate the rooms. When you walk through them they clatter. I LOVED walking/running through them. To this day, whenever I see such bead separators, I think of Aunt "Wee Wee's" house. The second thing I remember was Uncle Henry buiding me a stool that was white with blue speckles. He gave it to me when I was around four and I used it to step up to sink every morning so I could reach the water and brush my teeth. It was an amazing stool.
