There is an old error in a genealogy book written about the Gresham line of Lauderdale, AL. It incorrectly links a Moses Gresham d. 1833 with wife Mary Polly Link as the son of George and Betty Watts.
The Moses Gresham/Grisham that died in 1845 in Lauderdale, AL was not married to Polly Link. He migrated from North Carolina to Wilson County,Tennessee with Harris Gresham who is closely connected to the Greshams from Amelia County, Virginia who all migrated together to NC abt 1751.
