About Moshe ben Shmuel Ibn Tibbon
Moses ben Samuel Ibn Tibbon continued the work of translation during the years 1244–1274. He lived in Montpellier and spent some time at Naples. Moses translated numerous commentaries by Averroes and many books on mathematics, astronomy, and medicine.
