Muriel Leona Kuhn Obituary Kuhn, Muriel Leona (Nickels), age 93 went to be with her Lord, Friday, March 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo Kuhn; parents Nicholas and Veronica Nickels; brother Norm Nickels and sister Doris VenVelsen. She will be lovingly missed by her siblings Delmer Nickels, Evelyn Kopenskey; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Muriel is known for her cooking, flower gardening and watching after her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed taking care of her family and was like a second mother to her siblings. Visitation with the family will be held 2-4PM and 6-8PM on Monday March 11, 2019 at Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th Street, Byron Center, MI 49315. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Tuesday, March 12, 2019 with a Mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2275 Diamond Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Interment will be at St. Sebastian Cemetery. In honor of Muriel and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or St. Ann's Nursing Home.
