About Nathan Winslow
Nathan was the son of James, who was the son of Job, who was the son of Kenelm, who was the son of Edward Winslow, Esq., of Droitwich, in Worcestershire, England. Kenelm was born on 30 April 1599 and arrived in Plymouth probably in 1629.
Nathan and Charity resided in that part of Falmouth which afterwards became Westbrook, ME, and built a house which was successively occupied by his son John, by his gr. son Isaiah H., and in 1874, by his gr. daughter Lydia-Hacker (Winslow) Jones.
His name appears on the records of Falmouth in August 1743.
