In the Name of God, Amen. I Nicholas White of the Parish of St.Just. Being weak in Body but of Sound good and perfect Memory (Blessed be God therefore) do this Eleventh day of May in the twenty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith, and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty one Make and Publish this my last will and Testament in Manner and form following. (that is to say) Imprimis, I commend my soul into the Hands of Almighty God, who gave it to me, and my Body to the Earth from whence it came, in hopes of a Joyfull Resurrection, through the Merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ; And as for that wordly Estate wherewith it has pleased Almighty God to Bless me: I Dispose thereof as follows---
Firts;Item= I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Jane White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid her by my Executor & Executrix Joyntly between them hereinafter Mentioned and Named at the end of four Years next after my Decease.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid her by my Executor & Executrix Joyntly between them at the end of four Years next after my decease.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid her by my Executer & Executrix Joyntly between them when she attain the age of Twenty one Years.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Allice White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid her by my Executor & Executrix Joyntly between them when she shall attain the age of Twenty one Years.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Son Richard White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid him by my Executor & Executrix Joyntly between them when he shall attain the age of Twenty one Years.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Son William White the sum of ffifty shillings to be paid him by my Executor & Executrix Joyntly between them when he shall attain the age of Twenty one Years.
Item=I give and Bequeath unto my Son Nicholas White my Executor herein after mentioned; my two Smith=Shops the one on the Tenement of Botallack and the other on the Tenement of Tregeseal adjoining to my now Dwelling House together with all the stock intrade and all the working tools and utensils thereunto belonnging Together with all Credits due on the Account Books: And also all my Tin adventures and all my Tin and Tin Stuff now at grass or in Stamps oe elsewhere First paying unto the Purser or Pursess all such cost or costs as shall
appear due on the same if any be.
Item=I give and Bequeath all the rest Residue and Remainder of my Messuages Lands Houses Stamping Mill and Household furniture goods and Chattles of what sort or kind soever; that is not heretofore given and Bequeathed; unto my Son Nicholas White and unto my Daughter Mary White: Whome I hereby appoint Joynte Executor & Executrix, of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof, I the said Nicholas White have to this my last will and Testament, Set my Hand and Seal the day and Year first above written.
