Noah was born to Andrew Westfall and Mary Hyre. He wed Susannah Litton in Jackson County, West Virginia on July 20, 1840. She died soon after with no known children.

Noah wed (2nd) Martha Chancey in Jackson County on August 31, 1845 and they had: 1) Hiram on 7 Jul 1847 2) William R in Nov 1848 3) Isabel on 26 Mar 1850.

Martha died in about 1853 and Noah wed (3rd) Matilda [Coon] Evans in Upshur County on June 25, 1854 and they had: 1) John Henry on 7 Jun 1856 2) Rebecca Ann on 17 Nov 1857 3) Sarah Jane on 12 Feb 1860 4) James W on 13 Oct 1863 5) Christopher Columbus on 9 Jan 1865 6) Walker A on 10 Jun 1869

Matilda died in 1868 and Noah wed (4th) Mrs. Agnes[Litton] Board in Jackson County on June 7, 1869 and they had: 1) Deborah on 2 Jan 1870 2) Harley in Jun 1877 3) Matilda 4) Holly Ervin on 30 Jul 1880 5) Mary Malinda on 30 Jul 1880

Noah wed (5th) Martha Rhodes in Rhone County on August 14, 1881 and they had: 1) Ella Malissa on 20 Oct 1890

Noah was in the Civil War and fought for the Union in Company B of the 10th Regiment.
