Nonong Serrano

Captain Nonong Serrano was a Captain of the Philippine Military and was an active member of the "Serrano Army", a private army in the Philippines. Captain Nonong Serrano and the Serrano family did what they could to keep Joe Lingad, then the governor of Pampanga, protected. Captain Nonong Serrano served under Jose "Joe" B. Lingad's cabinet from 1948 till his death.
