Norbert Julius Lopata

Norbert J. Lopata, 73, Oconto, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay. He was born to the late Frank and Gertrude (Rozek) Lopata, May 21, 1933, in Milwaukee, Wis.

Surviving are two brothers, Phil (Rita) Lopata, Richard (Cathy) Lopata; one sister, Carol (David) Balkowski; friend, Paul Willinski; and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Francis Lopata.

Friends may call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chase, Friday, Oct. 20, 2006, from 9 a.m. until the time of the memorial Mass at 10 a.m. with Father Gerald Prusakowski, O.F.M., officiating. Placed to Rest at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Chase. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto is assisting the family.
