Olof Ryting, district magistrate in Gudhem's district, announces in open letter that he and good men Måns Olsson, Jon Arvidsson, Jon Helgesson, Sven Jonsson, Sven Ulf and others in the committee were present at Anders in Bjärka the day after Saint Erik's day 1461 (19/5), when the knight Svarte Åke Jönsson's servant, Lars Björnsson, brought an action against Anders concerning 1 pound of butter which, according to the castle book, would be paid from a half farm, called * Baggagården. Anders replied that he left this land three years ago, which is why Lars of the issuer and present good men wanted to know what happened to the property. After it emerged that Anders kept a field of four ships seed and sowed rye there, Lars sued him for the thing in Stenstorp the Monday after Urban's day (1/6). There was also a lawsuit against Anders concerning Hällestorp, nor from where tax was received to the castle in three years. Then Anders fell to his knees on the thing and asked the issuer Olof, the committee and the whole present dared to ask Mr Åke to be gracious. Anders promised to pay Åke 20 marks in Swedish.

The issuer seals on everyone's behalf.
