About Orlando Payson Curry
Death of Orlando P. Curry
Orlando P. Curry, a well known resident of this city, died at his home No. 802 Almond street, at noon yesterday. He was 58 years of age, and was a silversmith by occupation, for 30 years being in the employ of A.H. Schrender. Mr. Curry came to Syracuse from Owego in 1864. He is survived by a wife and seven children, viz: Mrs. C.e. White of Bedford, D.; Mrs T.C. Robinson, Charles H., Edwin H., William P., George D., and Albert Curry. Mr. Curry was a member of the Fourth Baptist church and had been instrumental in founding several of the younger Baptist churches in this city.
