About Otilie Mancktelow (Kratochvil)
In the 1911 census she is a lady's maid in the household of Charles Rothschild. Although her presence there is unexplained it is worth noting that Rothschild's wife Rózsika von Wertheimstein was from an old Austrian-Jewish family (born in a part of Hungary that was then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and is now in Romania), so she presumably came over with her or was later employed because she was Austrian.
Her husband was a footman (1901) and valet (1911) in London, so they may have met through their work as domestic servants.
