Otto Kupfer was born in Frankenreuth, Germany in 1873 to Eduard and Fanny. He was married to Bertha nee Klein. Prior to WWII he lived in Weiden Bavaria, Germany. During the war he was in Frankfurt Germany.

Otto was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
