1513, September 8 - Patrick MacLellan of Gelstoun fell in battle at Flodden Field along with Sir William MacLellan of Bombie, a personal friend of King James IV; Sir Thomas MacLellan of Bombie and kith and kin. Gilbert MacLellan of Barmaghan fell on September 9, 1513.
