His first wife was Mehetable White Pratt, daughter of Cornelius White and Mehetable Walker White. She was the mother of all of his children: Jemimah, Sarah, Paul, Jr., Rufus and Lemuel.
His second wife was Abagail Cobbshores Pratt. His third wife was Hanna Codding Lincoln Pratt.
His son,Paul Pratt,Jr. and grandson, Paul Pratt III are interred at the Deerfield-Schuyler Cemetry in Oneida County, NY.
