Ann Thomas wrote her will, dated 10 December 1769, in which she named son John Dills; grandson Henry Dills, the eldest son of Peter Dills; Peter Dills, the youngest son of Peter Dills; Mary Yoakley daughter of Peter Dills; her grandchildren (unnamed) the children of John Dills and Peter Dills; John Yoakley and Henry Dills to be executors. Witnesses were Tyra Glen & Abraham Wood. Ann Thomas signed by mark.[1]
