About Peter Forbes, "Pierre de Forbin"
The first to take the name de Forbin. He was born in Scotland, the son of Alexander de Forbes, and went to France, contractind a marriage with Francoise de Agoult, in 1325.
Made Chevalier in 1350 for services in a transaction between the chief gentlemen of Marseilles and their bishops.
