Petronella and Pieter's first two children, Ulderick and Abraham were born in Schenectady, New York, the remainder were born in Kings County or Harlem. Their baptismal records call her either "Pieternelle Uldricks" or "Pieternelle Cliene." None of the found baptismal records for their children have witnesses or sponsors who appear to be Cleine (Kleyn) relations.

Petronella Uldrickse Kleyn and Pieter Brouwer were members of the at Reformed Protestant Dutch Church, Flatbush, Kings Co., Long Island, New York, on 19 November 1679 living at Gowanus. Pieter is listed as "Pieter Adamsz and wife", and is recorded with his father, Adam Brouwer, "under censure."
