Philip Sherard, 2nd Earl of Harborough (1680 – 20 July 1750) was a British peer.

  • He was appointed a Gentleman of the Privy Chamber to Queen Anne in 1705.
  • In 1708, he was returned as Member of Parliament for Rutland, holding the seat until 1710.
  • In 1714, his appointment as Gentleman of the Privy Chamber was renewed by George I.
  • He was appointed deputy lieutenant of Rutland in 1715.
  • Sherard succeeded his cousin Bennet Sherard, 1st Earl of Harborough to the earldom in 1732,
