Phyliss T. Palazzo returned to the Lord on December 14, 2019. She was born in Queens, NY on June 6, 1931 to the late Michael and Marie Locello. She was a homemaker and a long time parishioner of St. Raymond’s Church in the Bronx, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas, of 52 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves behind five children, Brunetta, Michael and his wife Rachel Ginzberg, Nicholas and his wife Katherine, Gregory and his wife Regina, Maria Cosentino and her husband, Roland as well as thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She will be waked at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on Monday, Dec. 16, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. A mass will be held at St Anthony’s Shrine Church Nanuet NY at 10am. Interment will be at St. Anthony Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
