About Prof. Salomon Rosenblum
a physicist, who worked with Marie Curie at the Curie Institute in Paris since 1923. He discovered in 1929 the Fine structure of Alpha Rays. In 1947 he built the strongest Permanent Magnet. Formerly he had completed his studies of ancient oriental languages. He was a near friend of Albert Einstein through all his life. He was a cousin of Zalman Shazar,Israel's third president who wrote an article about him in the "Jerusalem" a yearly periodical for art and literature (1971) and a short story "Aminyu" from the "Morning Stars" series Jerusalem 1971 pages 25-37. He received his Doctor degree in Physics in Paris. In WWII. the family went to USA and he worked in New York at the New School for Social Research and at Princeton University. He wrote also poems and published "In the Fremde" (In the Galut), Berlin Charlottenburg 1923.
