Husband of Mary Lee, Daughter of David Lee On 23 Jul 1849, there was a sale of 1/4 acre of land from the James Mikell, Sr. Estate: "one quarter of an acre immediately around the burying-ground where the said James Mikell, Sen is buried which is reserved and to be used as a burying ground for the family". James' son, Allen Mikell purchased this 1/4 acre for $5.
