David Tevele Berliner was poisned most likely by the descendants of one of his daughters (Yonah?), the Goldztwiges (I think it is the correct name).
The murder was related to his merriage to a very yound women and the fact that he changed his will in favor of her young son.
He dictated his last will to the British counselor in Jerusalem, Mr. Finn. The famose Rabbi Salant also signed the will as a witness. A copy of this will is available.
