About Rabbi Chaim Lebendiker
See this Hebrew blog for the source that R' Avigdor Karo, A.B.D. Leslau and Pinsk had a son called Chaim. Note, there is no conclusive evidence to prove this.
Chaim the son of Avigdor of Pinsk authored this book, still in manuscript.
According to the Lebendiger/Lebendiker family tradition, they are descended from R' Avigdor Karo, A.B.D. Leslau and Pinsk. It follows therefore that this Chaim is likely "Chaim Lebendiker son of Avigdor" in 1816 Karolin, Pinsk district, Minsk Gubernia Revision List (see photo uploaded) -- Joshua Levin (March 17, 2018). There are a few records missing to make the actual connection though.
The surname Lebendiger is probably an adaption of Haimowitz (lit. son of Chaim), a name often recorded for R' Avigdor Karo, A.B.D. Leslau and Pinsk. See this article for a possible theory.
In the above-mentioned 1816 revision list entry, we see only one son listed, Ela Ekhiel (born 1800) married to Leya. It is unclear whether this is a father, brother, or uncle to Moshe (Moses) Yehuda (Judah) Lebendiger. Ela Ekhiel may possibly be the translation of Eliyahu Yehezkel. Moshe (Moses) Yehuda (Judah) Lebendiger had a son Private - who according to his gravestone was actually called Eliahu Yechezkel! Another son of Moshe (Moses) Yehuda (Judah) Lebendiger was called Haim Avigdor Lebendiger.
According to the above-mentioned revision list, Chaim's wife was called Hindla.
