Regina Kierpaul

Born in Lodz, Poland in 1912 by Jewish parents. Father was the owner of a clothing factory in Lodz, one of many... and he managed to be enriched with 10 kids

Made it happen so Regina could go to France and study in the

1930's. Returned to Warsaw one month before the Nazi attack i 1939.

Fighted resistance in the Polish underground 1939 - 1943 where arrested by the Nazis and put in the concentration camp "Majdanek" in the east of Poland.

Was freed by the Red Army i the early 1944 and worked for the "Lublin- goverment", put up by the russians after having conquered the land.

Worked for the Polish Meat Export Company - ANIMEX - from 1946.

From this company send to the Polish Embassy in London in the late 1948, where she met Kazio Kierpauls father, Kazimierz Jan Kierpaul.

They met and got married...
