To:  Regina Kolski, whose person is identified by her birth certificate, of Isrealite religion, born on July 4, 18(?) in (cannot read) and living now in Berlin, landauer Strasse 32.  She is the daughter of the Land-ownerL.Saul (?) Kolski, deceased, and his wife Jetta, born (Moser ?) now deceased, of Berlin.
