Irvine, D.D., min. of Blair-Atholl ; educated at Madras College, St Andrews, and Univs. of St Andrews (M.A. 1866) and Edinburgh (B.D. 1870); licen. by Presb. of Dunkeld in 1870; assistant at Morven ; ord. to Clunie 13th July 1871 ; trans, (assistant and successor) to West Church, Aberdeen, 19th May 1874 ; trans, and adm. 7th Aug. 1877 ; D.D. (St Andrews 1900). Marr. 20th March 1873, Emily (died 30th April 1900), daugh. of George Cook, D.D., min. of Borgue, and has issue —
