About Rev. Amos Wilson
In 1799 a Baptist church was organized in Middle Run. In 1803, Amos began to preach there. Ann Mills was his first wife but he married several times. In 1827 built the first brick house in the NE part of the county, evidently Clinton county. Possibly still stands.
