On motion of Allen Coy who produced to the court credentials of his ordination and of his being in regular communion with the Christian Society called the United Baptists, and took the oath required by law, and together with David Elms his surety entered into a covenant to the commonwealth, conditioned not to violate the law of this state concerning marriage, and who also produced to the court satisfactory proof that he is a man of good moral character..
It is ordered that he be, and is hereby licensed to solemnize the rites of matrimony in this state between all persons regularly applying to him as required by law.
