Thomas Stirling Marjoribanks, born Lochmaben, 15th April 1848, third son of Thomas M., min. of Lochmaben, afterwards of Stenton ; educated at Univ. of Edinburgh ; M.A. (1867), B.D. (1871) ; licen. by Presb. of Dunbar 15th Nov. 1871 ; ord. to Garvald 9th July 1872 ; trans, and adm. 7th June 1876.
