THE REV. RALPH SNEYD, 1717-1787. The details of his career are sketchy, he is said to have married a Mary Gordon. Her family has not been traced with certainty but there was a Gordon family in Co. Antrim by a location called Willisborough,where the two sons were said to have been born. Also, there was a connected Gordon clergy family in Co. Donegal, and the Nesbitt's had a number of connections inthat county. The younger of Ralph's two sons, the Rev. William Sneyd left a number of descendants, some now in Canada.
